Since Managing Director Tony De Luca took over leadership in 2019, management, staff and contractors have been working hard to re-energise living facilities at Villa Del Sole.
Aimed to provide a state-of-the-art experience to residents without impacting on convenience or comfort, the renovations have transformed the building and its many wonderful features.
Guests are now enjoying all new furniture in shared lounges and dining areas, with the additional installation of a large new TV for residents to share their most-loved Italian movies. For those who enjoy their morning espresso in the fresh air, a new sunblind has been installed in the courtyard.
Favourite features like the fireplace and hairdressing salon have been fully refurbished, with a brand-new fish tank installed in the sitting room where family and friends are welcomed each day.
In the coming months, final developments will be completed with a gorgeous new architect-designed garden under way. Finishing touches are being made on the commercial kitchen to reinvigorate the cultural hub of Villa Del Sole life.
